The former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, has announced the passing of his mother, Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro (née Omula).
She passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the Group Medical Hospital in Musheshe Estate, Effurun, at the age of 87.
In a statement shared on his verified Facebook page, Otuaro paid tribute to his mother, describing her as a devout Christian who lived a life of purpose and impact. He extended an invitation to friends and well-wishers to join the family in celebrating her life and giving thanks for her peaceful transition.
