Congress Newspaper Marks 4th Anniversary with Celebratory Event in Warri, Delta State

The Congress Newspaper and its online television platform are set to mark a significant milestone; their 4th Anniversary — with a grand celebration scheduled for Thursday, July 10, 2025, in Warri, Delta State.

The anniversary event, themed “Entrenching Accountability in Governance,” will feature a compelling public lecture titled “Strengthening Institutions and Legislations to Prevent Graft in Governance.” This theme reflects the media house’s commitment to promoting transparency, good governance, and ethical leadership across Nigeria.

The occasion will be chaired by Chief Sheriff Mulade, National Coordinator of the Center for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ), a respected voice in advocacy for peace and development in the Niger Delta region.

The event will also welcome distinguished guests, including:

Barr. Eric Omare, former President of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), as Special Guest of Honour;

Mr. Mulu Anthony, Managing Director/CEO of Silver Continental Global Ventures Ltd., as Guest of Honour; and

Enewaridideke Ekanpou, renowned writer and publisher, who will serve as the Keynote Speaker.
