The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has praised High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, widely known as Tompolo, for his exceptional dedication to advancing peace and security in Delta State, the Niger Delta region, and across Nigeria.
In a statement issued by its National President, Comrade Ozobo Austin, the IPF commended Tompolo for his unwavering efforts toward promoting stability and development, describing his actions as a true reflection of leadership rooted in patriotism and selflessness.
“High Chief Tompolo’s unprecedented donation and steadfast commitment to ensuring peace and security stand as a beacon of hope and inspiration for others. His exemplary leadership continues to contribute significantly to the progress and safety of Delta State, the Niger Delta, and Nigeria at large,” the statement reads in part.
The forum further lauded Tompolo’s humanitarian and philanthropic initiatives, noting that his consistent support for social and developmental causes demonstrates his deep concern for the welfare and prosperity of the people.
The IPF also called on other well-meaning Nigerians to emulate Tompolo’s noble example by supporting initiatives that foster peace, stability, and growth across the nation.
Tompolo yesterday Wednesday 15 October, paid a visit to the Delta State Governor, where he reaffirmed his commitment to the Delta State Security Trust Fund. The visit followed his generous donation of Ten billion naira(10,000,000,000) made during the official launch of the fund at the Government House Banquet Hall in Asaba.
