In a statement issued on Thursday and signed by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Igoniko Oduma, Otuaro said the First Lady’s one-day working visit to Warri on February 26, 2026, was a welcome development for the government and people of Delta State.
The PAP boss expressed optimism that Senator Tinubu’s presence in Warri would further galvanise efforts towards sustainable peace, security and development in the Niger Delta region.
He noted that stakeholders and beneficiaries of the Amnesty Programme were confident that the visit would serve as a morale booster to ongoing interventions aimed at stabilising the region.

He lauded her humanitarian strides through her pet project, the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), which he said has continued to uplift vulnerable Nigerians across the country.
