The Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation, EBF, a Delta State-based nongovernmental organisation founded by Amb. Dcn. Ernest Bebenimibo JP, has announced plans to begin the phase 2 of its Creek 2 School Legacy Project in honour of the late Director General of the Foundation, Amb. Ogaga Darlington Ossai.
This is contained in a memo released by the EBF’s DG Mrs. Joann Eseroghene Onoruerome, and that was signed by its President and Founder, Dcn Ernest Bebenimibo (JP).
The phase 2 project kicks off on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, with the EBF’s team planned visit to Ekete Primary School, Ekete Inland, in the Udu Local Government Area of the state.
The late Amb. Ossai, who passed away at the age of 42 years, on December 7, 2023, “was a distinguished Fellow in Corporate Governance Entrepreneurship (FCGE) affiliated with the Institute of Master Industrial Management Entrepreneurship (IMIME)”, says a memorial website created in his memory.
He was also “an esteemed leadership coach in Value Reorientation, he is recognized for his outstanding contributions to the field and holds multiple accolades for his work as a Kids/Teens/Parenting Coach.
“He proudly serves as a World Peace Advocate and Eminent Ambassador for the International Association of World Peace Advocates (IAWPA) and is a fervent advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs),” the memorial website stated.
Until his death, he was an active member and Director General of the EBF, participating in the Foundation’s philanthropic works and other social as well as educational projects.
